Biannual Statewide Agricultural Conference

The Agricultural Leadership Foundation of Hawai‘i, the Hawaii Farm Bureau Federation, UH-CTAHR and the Hawaii Department of Agriculture announced the dates for the 2008 Statewide Agriculture Conference. The All Ag Day for Ag Conference 2008 was Thursday September 4, 2008.

A second day, Friday September 5, 2008, was reserved for commodity groups or agricultural associations to plan events for their specific needs. Both days were organized and promoted together. Ag Conference 2008 was held at the Hawaii Convention Center and featured keynote speakers, seminars and workshops, a 2-day tradeshow, awards, celebrations, fellowship and, of course, wonderful Hawaii food and ag products.

Agricultural Leadership Foundation of Hawaii 25th Anniversary Celebration

The Agricultural Leadership Foundation of Hawaii has been providing leadership-training activities for 25 years. Over 100 alumni have been through our program. Over the years we have partnered with many of key players in the agriculture sector and have worked hard to bring the industry closer to a strong, diverse, and valued component of Hawaii’s economic and social structure.
